My 2nd PhD

I didn't have anybody around to hold up my quilt, so the shed door will have to do.

This is my 2nd PhD finish.

I committed to 5 and don't know if I will get them all done.

I need to get a few baby quilts done,

this might set me back a little on my PhD's but I will try.

Yeah! I have a finished PhD

Doesn't TJ look like he might just claim this one for himself?

He is always the first one to use any new quilts.

It only took me 2 months to get my 1st PhD done.

This was made from a Moda BakeShop Tutorial

and a Layer Cake of Fresh Squeezed fabric.

My 2nd PhD is at the Quilter so hopefully I will have another

finish before long.

I have been making progress on all the others I have committed to.

Tiffaney's PhD commitment

Hi, my name is Tiffaney and I blog at
Tiffaney is sew busy.

I have been quilting for 2 years and have managed to

create a rather large amount of PhDs. 

After much thought I have picked 5 projects that I will work to finish in the next 6 months.

1st up - I joined the Jaybird Hexalong. I got all my hexes created.

Now I just need to put them all together and get them quilted & bound.

2nd up - I was having so much fun making hexes but wasn't loving my fabric.

So what is a girl to do?

Why pick out new fabric and start again.

This quilt has even less done. 

So it will be a little bit bigger project.

3rd up - When I found out a fabric named "Breakfast at Tiffany's" came out,

I picked up a few charm packs (and jelly Rolls). 

I got the blades cut for Dresden Plates.

That is about as far as I have gotten on this one.

5th & 6th up - As the Geese Fly &

My folded Fresh Squeezed flimsys both need to be quilted & bound.

That is about 1 a month.  Wish me luck.
