Four down...one to go! I got this wall hanging done this past week.
Quilting on the cross stitched parts was not without its challenges, but I persevered.
This was made for my sister out of a couple of dresses she gave me to repurpose, as well as a piece of fabric for the backing. The cross stitched veggies were thrifted. You can read more details on my blog.
I am on a roll toward finishing the final PhD quilt soon. Thanks, Myra, for this challenge!

Great job. The cross stitch is beautiful and I am glad you stuck to it.
The cross stitch is so intricate and vibrant. The whole quilt sings P. And it's all pretty much re-purposed. How come I cann't find cool stuff like those panels at my local op shop!
I love it and it must feel good to have another finish under your belt.
