Well, here I am! Your sluggish ahhh nose to the grindstone
leader of the PhD Challenge! 8-)
This past Friday I rented friend Barb's machine/frame
at her shop, and got PhD #5 quilted. Woohoo!!!
Meandering Stars...
I still need to tuck in tails, do a bit of touch ups, make a label and binding, but progress is being made!!! Happy, happy!!
Also, just showing you here that I have been making
progress with my hand-quilting on PhD #6...
Seems I have a bit of a pucker, but hopefully I can fix that some...
This weekend, quilt retreat, I hope to get
a backing put together for my PHD #4...
Happy stitchings friends!
Let's get'er done! 8-)

Well done Myra.Love the meandering stars.
I have never hand quilted in my life so as far as I am concerned you're a legend!
You are doing sooo well! Keep up the great effort!
Very nice!! Have fun at your retreat :)
love them pucker and all... I just try to iron them out..such wonderful quilting Myra...great work..
When I started quilting in 1983 I handquilted all my quilts. Now I do free motion quilting but seeing yours makes me want to start a project to hand quilt. Your Phd Challenge has included great inspiration from so many quilters. Thank you again!!!
