Unfortunately, but for the nicest reasons, June is going to be a quilting-free month. We have a holiday looming in the next few days and then a flood of family and friends coming over to visit, so here I am posting for the last time,
but to make up for this, I have 3 finishes for you !
My first finish is the Soot & Ashes Mini, from my 'officially amended original list' , making it 5/6. I would have loved to have managed to complete No 6, the Medallion Quilt, but time has just run out on me.
I only used 9 of the original 15 blocks, but I am happy with the way it has turned out, and I now have my own Red & White quilt :-)
I do have 2 more finishes, not on my list, but I'm hoping that they'll count just the same.
Baby Pinwheels for my newest DGD born 22 March
Started in November last I think it qualifies as a PhD.
Finally, a Scrappy Tumbler quilt (pattern details here ) not really old enough to call a PhD, but something bright and cheerful just because !
So, that brings me to the end of this post and the challenge - I've achieved 7 finishes in 6 months, which I am thrilled with, and I am sure I'd not have done it on my own!
Myra, many, many thanks for giving up your time to organise everything, for your messages of encouragement and for not using the big stick too often to keep us in shape! Thanks also to the lovely quilters who have left comments on my postings, they are much appreciated, and maybe I'll see you all again next time !

This has been a great experience for me to follow these folks on their PhD journeys. I have seen some wonderful work and give me some ideas as to how to set goals for some of my projects. I have enjoyed meeting you Myra and seeing you guide these participants to that end. Blessings
