My first post on this board besides the original post with my list of PhDs. I feel like I've slacked off. I read and ooh'd and ahh'd each of your finishes, even if I didn't comment on all the posts. You ladies are amazing and Myra, THANK YOU for all your hard work! You deserve a medal to keep us all motivated and reminding us all of this challenge.
It's because of this challenge, I could not and would not accept the excuses and delays in getting at least a couple finishes under my belt.
That said, I completed the Bento Box quilt (bound and currently being used by the dog who always insists the quilts I make for me are hers) and the Chateau Wall Hanging. Finally, because it's not on my PhD list any longer, I am marking off the Deer/Wildlife quilt. I did not complete it but I did give it away to a lovely gal who was more than interested in doing something with the pieces. You see, I learned that sometimes a completion is knowing when you aren't going to ever work on something again and acknowledging it. That's what I did with the Deer/Wildlife quilt.
Enough writing. Here are my pictures! My post on these finishes can be found HERE.
Cheers! Beck

Thanks for taking part in the challenge again! 8-)
what great quilts!! Nice job on getting them done in time. I love love love the chateau wall quilt. I really want to try something like that one. Would look great in my log cabin wanna be house.
I love your projects, Becky - Bento Box is fun and happy, and your wallhanging is very elegant! I'm all for passing on projects that aren't making me happy for whatever reason - life is too short to stress over things like that, and I have too many projects I really WANT to complete :)
